Unit of Inquiry
As part of the final project in our Stories Unit, the Wombats have been doing some research into stories around the world. We have been reading lots, deciding whether there are any clues as to which country a story comes from and discussing themes common to lots of stories. We have also, in the process, identified favourite stories that we have read/heard this year. Follow our trip around the world in the photostory below and see if you are familiar with all the stories.

Dozey will be retiring as mascot for the Wombats, having returned from his last home visit on Tuesday. He would like to thank all the families who have welcomed him into their homes, taken him on lots of adventures and remembered to photograph the whole experience! He will soon be enjoying a well-earned retirement in an African game reserve, surrounded by fellow monkeys. He will no doubt regale them all with stories of his life as a Kindergarten mascot at the International School of Manila!
